Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to
maintain inventory of each product we carry,
occasionally
we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product "out
of stock" on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will
hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available. You
should place a separate order containing only in-stock products to have it
processed immediately.
Arizona Sales Tax
Currently, only Arizona state residents are subject to 7.1% sales tax collected
by BodyConcept.com.
Return Policy

BodyConcept reserves the right to authorize product
returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after
30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping
charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all
shipping charges back to BodyConcept on returned items, and BodyConcept will
pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
BodyConcept offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your BodyConcept account manager. - Please call 480-314-9917 or e-mail our Returns Department at returns@BodyConcept.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, and nature of the problem.
- All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the boxes.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; BodyConcept will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
- BodyConcept strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify BodyConcept immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
- DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to BodyConcept within 30 days from the invoice date, at BodyConcept's discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
- Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by BodyConcept within 30 days
from the invoice date, at BodyConcept's discretion for: credit, exchange. All
NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Important note
If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase differ from those stated on
our invoice, and you do not notify BodyConcept of such within 15 days, it shall
signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on our invoice.

reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions,
product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements
and other extenuating circumstances.
