On the AMT, users can naturally adjust their stride length and motion, with a stride length that varies from 0" to 27," and dual-action arms that offer total-body engagement. By observing a patent-pending Stride Dial™ on the AMT display, users can monitor and control their stride and focus on exercising specific muscle groups.
