I used it for one month. Did not notice any significant strength gain, but did gain 5 pounds in the period. I am a hard gainer, so this was a pretty good month. I dont usually gain much more than that in a year.

I think it worked well for me. I used Gakic and i hated it because i felt fatigued 1/2 way through my workouts as well and not as sore the next day.
