GOLDS GYM POWER FLEX Home Gym
The all-new Gold's Gym® Power Flex™ combines strength training, muscle toning and cardio circuit training into one awesome home gym. You get:
The all-new Gold's Gym® Power Flex™ features three muscle-peaking gravity resistance workout stations you’d expect to find only in a health club. And it’s fully loaded with more standard resistance than any home gym on television.
No other home gym offers the Big 3 of Bodybuilding!
#1 The Pull-up Station builds stronger arms, shoulders and back.
#2 The Dip Station defines triceps, chest and shoulders for a ripped upper body.
#3 The Vertical Knee Raise Station cuts washboard abs for a slim, sexy waistline.
ARC: Automatic Resistance Control™
If you've ever had to stop your routine to change weight between exercises, you'll really appreciate Automatic Resistance Control.
ARC lets you change resistance on the fly, with the touch of a button, so you can work out faster and more efficiently. And you can change resistance in one-pound increments for precise, personalized results.
Flow Motion™ Resistance
The Flow Motion design lets you do different exercises without changing position and breaking stride. Flowing from one exercise to the next without stopping adds a challenging cardio circuit workout every time you lift.
The Flow Motion resistance system also gives you a full range of motion, following your natural muscle movement and engaging your muscles continuously for better definition.
Pull-Up Station
Wide Grip Pull-Up
Grab the outer grips of the pull-up bar with overhand grip. Tighten your abs and pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement. Lower yourself slowly. Avoid using momentum or swinging.
Dip Station
Dips
Grab the dip handles while facing the machine. Tighten your abs and slowly lower your body by bending your elbows past 90 degrees. Return to starting position. Avoid using momentum or swinging.
Vertical Knee Raise Station
Leg Lift
Mount the bench. Place your back against the backrest and rest your elbows on the pads. Bend your knees to 90 degrees. Pull in your abs and raise your knees to hip level. Avoid momentum or swinging your legs. Straighten your legs for a more advanced movement.
Preacher Station
Preacher Curl
Mount the preacher pad on the seat. Connect the low cables and the preacher bar to the leg developer. Sit up straight with chest against preacher pad. Grab the bar with palms facing up and curl to shoulders.
Squat Station
Squats
Connect the squat bar to the low pulleys. Stand facing away from the system, feet straight ahead, shoulder-width apart, with the bar on your shoulders. Pull in your abs, keep your back flat, look straight ahead and squat down to 90 degrees, until your hamstrings are parallel to the floor.
Lat Tower Station
Lat Pull-Down
Connect the lat bar/handles to the high pulley. Grab the lat bar with a wide grip, keeping the elbows out wide. Pull the handles to shoulder level and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Mid Pulley Station
Standing Row
Stand facing the system. Grab the mid-handles. Pull in your abs, lean forward slightly with your back flat. Pull the handles to your sides and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Low Pulley Station
Standing Low Fly
Stand facing away from the system. Grab the low handles. Bring them together in a hugging motion over your chest.
Leg Station
Leg Extension
Adjust the seat for your height. Connect the low pulley cables to the leg developer. Place the upper pads behind your knees and lower pads in front of your ankles. Pull in your abs, keep your back flat and straighten your legs.
